ESTONIAN LITERATURE CENTRE – intermediates Estonian authors and their works to foreign countries, supports and educates translators, manages an English-language database on Estonian writers, their literary works, translators and translations of Estonian literature.
The Estonian Literature Centre is an independent, non-profit institution established by the Estonian Writers’ Union and the Estonian Publishers’ Association in 2001. ELIC is supported by the Estonian Ministry of Culture.
